国外教科书“CRYOGENIC ENGINEERING”

Thomas M. Flynn Thi s book is for the en gineer and scient ist who work for a livin g and who need cryo-gen ics to get a job done. It is a de skbook, c ontaining hundred s of table s and chart of cryogenic data that are very hard to come by. Examples and sample calculations of how to use the data are included. It is not a text book. In stead, it assum es that the read er already has basic engineer ing and science skills. It is practical, using the mea-surem ent units of trade— SI, U.S. c ustomary, and hybrid systems— just as they are co mmonly used in practice. It is not a design text , but it doe s con tain many useful de sign guidel ines for selecting the right system, eithe r throu gh procurem ent or in-hou se co nstruction. In short, it is the cryogen ics book I woul d like to have on my desk. |
