The normal internal standard for calculating the MS machine should be commercial available, stable and detectable in both positive and negative mode.
  C25H29N5O5Na is the sodium adduct of WFQ peptide. But, I never use it, normally we use Leucine enkephalin with M+H 556.2771 and M-H 554.2615 as internal standard for calculating the small molecules around the molecular weight. Some person also use the characterized compound from the sample submitter for calculating the same serial of their samples.
  Bunches of internal standard have been explored as internal standard from inorganic compounds like Naformate complex,drugs, pepetide, proteins, and glycan.........
  If the MS operator do not known what the standard is, asking the vendors related to MS facility will give an clue to find out what the 502.2066 is.
