I like English,so I often practice it in campus.In my opinion,we should focus on persitence.That is,we should have a learning heart no matter how hard it is.We should spare some time to speak.As the going says,PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT.The more practice we have,the more progress we make.

As for a Chinese student, the most difficulty is not to read or write, but speak out~~
If you want to improve your oral english, find a partner and communicate in english one hour everyday.
No material is efficient when you just look. The key is to open your mouth, that is the true of oral english...
Be confident !The more you speak, the better you situation !
If you want to take an exam, like IELTs or Tofel, please find a partner as your situation..Maybe it's an appropriate way,,just from my own experience~~

read some English articles loudly, Don‘t be shy. if you truly want to improve, you can take part in some English corner. i think you can have some oppounities to speak. PS: if you want to do something,you can find million ways. Just insist on.

Thanks for everybody's good suggestion,in fact insist on it is difficult.I watching cartoon for a time,but i must look the subtitle,if i close my eyes,I will understand what it say!
