500强德国公司招职位转基因类职位，希望有转基因项目。 Responsibilities and Expectations: Pro-actively search, identify and evaluate external scientific and technology opportunities in China for the short, medium and long term benefits of BPS projects and functions. Develop a strong scientific network of contacts in key scientific fields such as universities, industries and other organizations. Develop a basic network in China to understand the general trends in technology related fields such as seed developments, seed markets and related political developments. Create a good understanding of the needs of the BPS internal customers (projects and functions) and keep in close contact. Participate in the development of a strategy to foster innovation coming from outside BPS for the benefit of BPS. Participate in the Competitor Watch Team to survey activities from key local companies. Requirements: A senior person with strong technical background (PhD or equivalent experience) in agricultural biotechnology, bioengineering or closely related field At least 5 years experience in plant biotechnology, preferably in industry and universities An additional MBA will be preferred to allow a value driven solid evaluation of technologies. Direct experience as part of a technical team involved in successful external R&D collaborations. Strong analysis, collaboration, communication skills required. Strong abilities in written and oral presentations, both in English and Chinese. |
