有机微孔材料在污水处理和气体储存方面有广泛的应用。在前人研究的基础上我们对超交联聚合物进一步进行研究来增大其孔径吸附量。超交联聚合物性能优异在许多方面都有巨大的应用价值。用苯胺为原料合成了聚苯胺,用合成的聚苯胺以1, 3-二溴丙烷为交联剂,N, N-二甲基苯酰胺为溶剂合成超交联聚苯胺。对于超交联聚苯胺的合成我们选择了不同的反应条件,分别在0 ℃、80 ℃、140 ℃合成了超交联聚苯胺。对合成的聚苯胺和超交联聚苯胺进行了红外检测。对超交联聚苯胺进行了电镜测试。结果表明140 ℃合成的超交联聚苯胺中产生了微孔结构,微孔大小在几到几十纳米的范围以内达到了预期的设想。0 ℃和80 ℃条件下合成的聚苯胺的红外光谱显示在2900 cm-1左右没有出现亚甲基的吸收峰这说明超交联反应没有完成,聚合物内没有交联剂的特征峰。通过三组反应可以发现在140 ℃是反应进行的理想温度。之前两组之所以失败是因为反应温度没有达到反应能垒的温度。 Organic microporous material widely used in sewage treatment and gas storage. 供参考: Organic microporous materials are widely used in sewage treatment and gas storage. Based on previous studies, we conducted further studies on increasing the aperture adsorption of ultra-crosslinked polymer. The high performance of ultra-crosslinked polymer displayed great application potentials in many fields. By use of 1, 3-dibromopropane as crosslinker and N, N-dimethylanilinium amide as solvent, ultra-crosslinked polyaniline was synthesized from the polyaniline obtained from aniline. Different reaction conditions were employed for the synthesis of ultra-crosslinked polyaniline. It was synthesized at the temperature of 0 °C, 80 °C, and 140 °C respectively. Infrared detection was applied to the polyaniline and ultra-crosslinked polyaniline, and electron microscopy was applied to the ultra-crosslinked polyaniline. The results showed that microporous structures with micro aperture ranging from several to dozens of nano meters were produced in the ultra-crosslinked polyaniline synthesized at the temperature of 140 °C, achieving the expected assumption. The infrared spectrum of polyaniline synthesized at the temperatures of 0 °C and 80 °C showed that no methylene absorption peak appeared in the 2900 cm-1 region, indicating the failure of the super cross-linking reaction. Thus, no characteristic peak of the crosslinking agent was found in the polymer. It can be found from the 3 groups of reactions that the desired temperature for reaction is 140 °C. The other 2 groups of reactions failed for the lack of the desired temperature for the energy barrier of the reaction. |
