About the egg

Egg. Egg must be the most important food besides cereals. I really have too much to say about the egg. First, egg has a hight content of protein, which is very important for our body. Second, egg is easy to cook. You can boil it, it will become ready in five minutes. Or you can fry it, a similar length of time is also OK. Or you can mix an egg with water, stir it then steam it into a egg Geng.  Third, egg is easy to get. You raise a hen, it will give you an egg every day, this is much easier than get any kind of meat. Egg has a good taste, whatever way you take to eat it. I think the best Jiaozi without meat can be prepared with the fitting of fried egg and leek. Many years ago, when our economic condition was worse than at present, for many coutryside families, egg is much important. Mother use egg at weekends to treat their children who come home from school after studying a whole week, people give eggs as present who become ill, or to ladies who just give birth to a baby. Or, when people will have a long journey, they will take some boiled eggs wit them as snacks. I met a vegeterian here, who does not eat any meat, but he eats meat, so last time when when have a party, I prepared pork Jiaozi for other friends and colleagues, but egg-leek Jiaozi for him. How do you like eggs? How do you cook eggs?   |

I like eggs. When I was young, my mother will cook eggs for celebrating my birthdays. When some of my ralative marry, they will prepared red eggs. I like eating eggs, too. |

Many years ago, when our economic condition was worse than at present, for many coutryside families, egg is much important. I like the food made of eggs, such as egg tarts, tomato scrambled eggs, pumpkin covered yolk~ haha, when I typed those food names, they made my mouth water~~~~~  |

Really, and I love fried egg with honey made by my father on my birthday, that was the most delicious food I have had, but I have never eaten in that way for a long time since I grew up! |

Egg is very important for our body. It has a good taste. I like to eat egg. In my home when someone has a baby , they will give my family a red egg and we will go to his home to celebrate. So on my personal level, egg means some good things. I love it. [ 发自手机版 http://muchong.com/3g ] |
