[交流] What's the most stressful part of your day and why?

For me, it's at night. During the day, i can sometimes push most of the stress in my life to the back burner, but when i get home, it comes back with a fiery revenge which in turn takes a away from sleep and my mood the next day. It's a viscous cycle...
