收到对方负责人的回复，说需要我的一个银行账号，这样补助可以直接发到账号里面。但是银行账号要求：
For the 1st payment, we will need to receive your bank details. Only bank with a BIC (SWIFT) and IBAN will be taken into consideration. It will be possible to change these bank details afterwards (can take a maximum of 2 months to proceed to the change)
不知道在国内可以办这样的账号吗？如果可以的话，哪里可以办啊？
