请各位看看编辑的两次回信

各位大侠，我投稿的期刊是“The Applied Computational Electromagnetics Society”。投稿后的第二个月，编辑的第一封信是： Your paper: ACES_Journal_20120538 requires major modifications before considering it for publication at ACES Journal. Please revise your paper according to the comments from the reviewers, listed at the end of this email, and then upload the revised paper and detailed response to the comments from the reviewers to ACES site. Your revised paper will go through another cycle of review process. 这个明显就是大修后考虑修改的意思。 我按照要求修改之后，再次上传，过了一个多月，编辑的第二封邮件内容是： It is our pleasure to inform you that your paper: ACES_Journal_20120538 has been accepted for publication at ACES Journal with major modifications. Please revise your paper according to the comments from the reviewers, listed at the end of this email, and then upload the revised paper and detailed response to the comments from the reviewers to ACES site. Your revised paper will go through another cycle of review process before final acceptance. 这第二封都已经说了“很高兴通知我修改的论文被接受发表在ACES期刊了”，可以理解为这封邮件是“录用证明”了吗？ |
