| The test results showed that: under different temperature processing, the germination rate of seeds was significantly different;under the 4 ° C constant temperature treatment ,the seeds did not germinate.under the 25 ° C constant temperature treatment germination rate was significantly different with the variable temperature processing germination rate .open field variable temperature processing of germination rate was the highest, varieties 1 was 88.0%, varieties 2 was 92.0%, but when it compared to the seeds under variable temperature in greenhouse,the germination rate was not significantly different. |
