小鼠足底可以皮内注射么？

之前做的实验福尔马林模型足底皮下注射（ injected under the plantar surface of right hind paw ），可是最近查文献辣椒素的模型，发现有文献中这么写： 20 ul of CAP (1.6 mg/paw made in phosphate-buffered solution) was injected i.d. under the plantar surface of the right hindpaw using a microsyringe with a 26-gauge needle. i.d.是皮内，可是小鼠的足底可以皮内注射么？皮那么薄 也有别的文献用的intraplantar，under the plantar surface ，injected into the plantar surface of the right hind paw. 这些应该是皮下的意思吧 那么小鼠足底能i.d.注射么？ |
