| XEL测试平台光谱仪使用卓立汉光公司的Omni-λ3005，光谱波长的校正采用传统的汞灯谱线检验技术，所用LHM254汞灯光源属于冷阴极低压水银放电灯，可提供253.65nm、312.57nm、313.15nm、313.18nm、365.02nm、404.66nm、435.84nm、546.07nm、576.96nm、579.07nm 等多条特征谱线。校正时先记录所测汞灯谱线，检验系统的分辨率与准确度，然后通过软件修正波长误差，最后多次重复测试，考察重复精度。校正结束时系统所测光谱的分辨率为0.1nm、波长准确度是0.2nm；重复精度达到0.1nm。 |

Correction to record the measured line, inspection system resolution and accuracy, and then through the software correction error of wavelength, and repeated testing, inspection precision.
