| XEL测试平台光谱仪使用卓立汉光公司的Omni-λ3005，光谱波长的校正采用传统的汞灯谱线检验技术，所用LHM254汞灯光源属于冷阴极低压水银放电灯，可提供253.65nm、312.57nm、313.15nm、313.18nm、365.02nm、404.66nm、435.84nm、546.07nm、576.96nm、579.07nm 等多条特征谱线。校正时先记录所测汞灯谱线，检验系统的分辨率与准确度，然后通过软件修正波长误差，最后多次重复测试，考察重复精度。校正结束时系统所测光谱的分辨率为0.1nm、波长准确度是0.2nm；重复精度达到0.1nm。 |

Correction to record the measured line, inspection system resolution and accuracy, and then through the software correction error of wavelength, and repeated testing, inspection precision. End correction system of the measured spectra resolution of 0.1nm, accuracy of wavelength was 0.2nm; repeat precision can reach 0.1nm. |
