Every success come from a good planning, then execution, then check up and adjust (fine tune) to the original plan and then move over to the next stage.

Nervous does not help, so stop wasting your time and you'd better sit back to think about what should be done in priority, and form a DO-LIST with target time marked, so that you can check against it accordingly.
