以下是杂志的投稿要求

Double-blind peer review
This journal follows a double-blind reviewing procedure. Authors are therefore requested to submit two documents at the time of their submission: (投稿需要投两份)
A title page only, which includes:
• The name(s) of the author(s)
• A concise and informative title
• The affiliation(s) and address(es) of the author(s)
• The e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers of the corresponding author
Abstract
• Please provide an abstract of 150 to 250 words. The abstract should not contain any undefined abbreviations or unspecified references.
Keywords
• Please provide 4 to 6 keywords which can be used for indexing purposes.
A blinded manuscript without any author names and affiliations in the text or on the title page. Self-identifying citations and references in the article text should either be avoided or left blank.

Title Page
The title page should include:
   The name(s) of the author(s)
   A concise and informative title
   The affiliation(s) and address(es) of the author(s)
   The e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers of the corresponding author
Abstract
Please provide an abstract of 100 to 150 words.

Manuscript length
1.The manuscript should not be longer than 12 pages, double spaced, including Figures and Tables .
Word稿子不能超过12页，还要双行间距，包括图表？？？？

问题：
1. tilte page 和正文 需要拆分成两个word 稿子分别作为两个文件上传，对吧？

2.Title page 应该就一页长度，里面除了题目，作者名字，地址，通讯作者联系方式，文章摘要和关键词是否要放在title page里？？？还是应该放在正本的word稿的第一页上？

3. A blinded manuscript without any author names and affiliations in the text or on the title page， 那是因为双盲审，审稿人是看不到title page 这一页的，所以在正文的word稿里不能暴露作者名字和联系地址信息，对吧，那么是否需要把文章题目再次重复写一遍，写在正文word 稿的开头第一行呢？

4.指南中没有提到图和表的顺序，按我以前投稿，是在正文稿的参考文献的最后，另起一页，插入各个表格数据，一页一张表，然后是所有图的图题，集中到一页上放（尽量压缩到一页内），然后是每页一个图，，，

最关键的是，这12pages，是指正文部分的word稿要控制在12页，还是指title page 和正文加起来不能超过12页？？？？
如果那样，那么正文的word稿就只能最多11页了！ 而title page 这一页里，大部分却是空白，这简直是浪费到家啊

5. 目前文章大约3k字，只能设定9号字体，双倍行距，把所有表格挤在一页里，然后5张图也挤在两页里，如果一页一图，就完全没法达到要求了。参考文献直接跟讨论后面，不另起一页，表格和图也是，不知道图题该不该集中放一起，单独一页，还是应该打散写在每个图的底下，总之，一头雾水啊


格式问题，被问了无数遍，其实就是那些细节问题，杂志投稿指南写的模模糊糊，为什么不能拿几篇已发表文章的word，让大家下载参照着弄不好么？这样编辑也省很多事啊

这个杂志没有PDF版本的作者指南的，就在链接这一页的的右侧可以找到instruction for authors，点击可以在页面里可以展示出格式的要求，必须用IE浏览器貌似才可以顺利弹出指南的那个小页面。

里面我仔细看了，完全没有讲到图和表的顺序，图题是否要集中的要求，这12页要怎么个排法，我截取其中一些文字给版主大大看一看，

Tables
All tables are to be numbered using Arabic numerals.
Tables should always be cited in text in consecutive numerical order. For each table, please supply a table caption (title) explaining the components of the table.Identify any previously published material by giving the original source in the form of a reference at the end of the table caption.
Footnotes to tables should be indicated by superscript lower-case letters (or asterisks for significance values and other statistical data) and included beneath the table body.

图的一些要求，其中关于分辨率我能看的懂，是图示，文字部分如下
Figure Lettering
To add lettering, it is best to use Helvetica or Arial (sans serif fonts).
Keep lettering consistently sized throughout your final-sized artwork, usually about 2–3 mm (8–12 pt).
Variance of type size within an illustration should be minimal, e.g., do not use 8-pt type on an axis and 20-pt type for the axis label.
Avoid effects such as shading, outline letters, etc.
Do not include titles or captions within your illustrations.

Figure Numbering
All figures are to be numbered using Arabic numerals.
Figures should always be cited in text in consecutive numerical order.
Figure parts should be denoted by lowercase letters (a, b, c, etc.).
If an appendix appears in your article and it contains one or more figures, continue the consecutive numbering of the main text. Do not number the appendix figures, "A1, A2, A3, etc." Figures in online appendices (Electronic Supplementary Material) should, however, be numbered separately.

Figure Captions
Each figure should have a concise caption describing accurately what the figure depicts. Include the captions in the text file of the manuscript, not in the figure file.
Figure captions begin with the term Fig. in bold type, followed by the figure number, also in bold type.
No punctuation is to be included after the number, nor is any punctuation to be placed at the end of the caption.
Identify all elements found in the figure in the figure caption; and use boxes, circles, etc., as coordinate points in graphs.
Identify previously published material by giving the original source in the form of a reference citation at the end of the figure caption.

Figure Placement and Size
When preparing your figures, size figures to fit in the column width.
For most journals the figures should be 39 mm, 84 mm, 129 mm, or 174 mm wide and not higher than 234 mm.
For books and book-sized journals, the figures should be 80 mm or 122 mm wide and not higher than 198 mm.
