第二篇被拒了，难受啊 已有15人参与

小硕，第一篇挺顺利被一个四区的SCI接受了，第二篇投一个二区的SCI，五个月后返回意见，被拒，唉，真实煎熬啊。但是觉得审稿人的意见太简单了，我看了好几遍，感觉不是内行人审的，因为我论文中确实有些问题没解决（大牛目前也解决不了的问题），他反而没有提出，而是说其他的，并且只有一个审稿人，审稿意见如下This manuscript is a perturbation of [1], where you allow the possibility that the constraint equations in the saddlepoint system are weighted differently than the other equations. The authors have omitted this reference in their manuscript, and do not justify why weighting the constraint equations differently is valuable. They also do not justify why solving the set of equations (1.1) with a fixed-point iteration is superior to using a suitable Krylov method. The extension of the primary idea of this manuscript has already been done for Krylov methods.
