在PAS-核心变异体结构中含有491位上是色氨酸的结构，但是不含JR螺旋部分。在 W557S 变异体中含有JR螺旋部分和491位上是色氨酸的部分 (用only是因为557变异为丝氨酸，不再是色氨酸）

W557S; 蛋白质第557位上是色氨酸（色氨酸英文代号是W）变异为丝氨酸（色氨酸英文代号是S)
W491 蛋白质第491位上的色氨酸
