猎头职位：医药公司Director for Japanese Medicinal Chemistry Business
|
Director 1 for Japanese Medicinal Chemistry Business PhD or PhD equivalent in organic or medicinal chemistry, solid background in synthetic or medicinal chemistry, and 3-5 years of Japanese industrial experience or post Ph.D degree in Japan is required. You need to have good Japanese culture understanding with good Japanese communication skill. You need to be conversant in medicinal chemistry, have excellent communications skills. You will manage 1 or 2 medchem projects where you need to be the lead chemist/lead designer. You should be able to summarize and provide high level updates to clients and WX senior management. You will present at TCs, approve research reports before sending to clients, and participate in client project reviews. You also need to coach team chemists on basic medchem concepts. To be promoted to this position, you need to have at least 2 WX/client publications/patents Senior Director for Japanese Medicinal Chemistry Business PhD in organic or medicinal chemistry, 10-12 years of Japanese industrial experience, working experiences in drug discovery, advanced medchem programs to at least one PCC in the clinic (served in the capacity of Chemistry Lead or Program Leader) and >15 publications and patents. You need to have well Japanese culture understanding with excellent Japanese communication skill. You need to have very deep knowledge in medicinal chemistry and basic biology and DMPK, excellent communications skills. You will manage 2-3 medchem projects where you need to be the project leader/lead chemist. You will interact with biologists, pharmacologists, DMPK scientists, and CADD to properly advance projects according to set timelines. You should be capable of setting criteria for lead and PCC, and working with lead biologists to design assay flow chart to achieve project milestones within timelines. You need to be able to independently investigate, analyze and overcome any hurdles the project may encounter. You should be able to search and follow competitor literature to help generate chemistry starting points or modify existing medchem strategies to gain patentability. You should be able to summarize and provide high level updates to clients and WX management. You will coach a few direct reports on drug design and compound progression. You should be able to research and write contract winning research proposals on a biological target. To be promoted to this position, you need to have earned minimally 1 company or 2 departmental science awards and 5 WX/client publications/patents PS:Language:Japanese、Chinese |
