修改的稿子 被退回来两次

我这是怎么了 ,我的稿子审稿人没仔细审稿,我回复了下,指出了审稿人的错误,然后又把稿子投出去了 .现在被退回来两次这是为啥呢 ,我已经按照指示啊传上稿子和 意见的回复了啊, Before we can further process it, you are kindly requested to include a minimum of four sub-classifications in the 'Select Classifications' submission step. Please go to the menu item 'Submissions Sent Back to Author', and click on 'Edit Submission'.
