| It is reported that heavily doped MgO can inhibit up-conversion luminescence by Sun 2007 because heavily doped MgO can promote Er3+ the formation of cluster sites and in turn the formation of cluster sites can inhibit up-conversion luminescence and luminous intensity of Er3+. |
