She is world leader in each of its competencies. 现我们的客户在中国上海为满足其发展的需要，急需招聘1名“R&D Manager—dry mixed mortar”，具体要求如下： Department: R&D Department Reports to：R&D director China Subordinate: 7-8 Location：Shanghai, Nanhui Job Purpose: Responsible for the research and development of the specific product range, and the relevant claim and issues handling in job-site. Key Accountabilities: 1. Responsible for the management of R&D team, improve the performance and keep a good working conditions. 2. Responsible for research and development of dry mixed mortar 3. Able to imagine and characterize new test method; 4. Deal with claim of product portfolio from customer, communicate with product manager 5. Good at team work; 6. Responsible for the enterprise norms establishment of corresponding product if necessary; 7. In charge of QC test of corresponding product; 8. In charge of the quality improvement of products. 9. Technical train of new R&D engineer and QC manager 10. Support purchase department Integrate EHS best practices into all design/product development. 1. Integrate and update MSDS for supplier by SQE to ensure supplier is in right MSDS management process. 2. Make sure EHS, as a company culture, is integrated into each quality activities (e.g. environment protection, use recycle material,…). Integrate EHS into the quality document management system to avoid having 2 management system in the same company. 3. Maintain a strong awareness of Chinese and global chemical regulations that impact the entity. 4. Develop and drive, with entity EHS facilitator, a strong chemical management program to prevent chemical control non-compliances. Investigate and provide practical solutions to the causes of non-compliances, if any. 5. Maintain records of any chemical spills and/or incidence of employee exposures. Lead incident investigations, identify root causes and oversee the implementation of corrective actions. 6. Review all New Chemical Registration applications. Drive the implementation of initiatives to ensure chemical importation & exportation control compliance. 7. Monitor procurement and use of chemicals in the lab, assist the entity EHS facilitator in determining that facilities and training levels are adequate for the chemicals in use. 8. Perform regular, formal chemical hygiene and housekeeping inspections including inspections of emergency equipment (e.g. eyewash stations, safety showers), and maintain proper records of those inspections. 9. Monitor the waste management program. 10. Ensure that adequate and proper storage for chemicals exist within the laboratories (see local laws for hazardous chemicals). 11. Maintain an inventory of MSDS’ for each chemical in each lab and ensure that the MSDS is adequate to ensure the safety of each employee; check that all chemicals have labels and a MSDS. Check that the integrity of the container is good and that the label is intact and correct. Qualification Requirements： 1. University degree or above, major in inorganic nonmetallic material or relevant. 2. Minimum 2-year R&D experience and 2 year management experience. Good PC abilities, English read and spoken. 3. Motivation of the team. Good communication and coordination capabilities. 4. Commitment.
