招聘亚太区R&D Technology Center Manger-NoveCare

- Define the HSE objectives and systematic approaches to fulfil these objectives. Making sure the alignment of the global objectives in HSE for the site where the labs are located, and lead the implementation of the systematic approaches. Be accountable for the performances and the continuous improvement of the HSE of the labs within the perimeter. - Develop an effective organizational structure for the technology center, as per aligned with the Novecare AP R&D strategy. Based on this structure, be accountable for staffing and for people development, planning and implementation, especially for key persons in the team. - Be in charge and accountable of the operational management of the team through Resource allocation: Equipment and tools management: Budget and forecast - Lead the team to ensure positive impact and visibility within the organization * Education Level: PhD in organic chemistry or Chemical Engineering Strong knowledge in organic chemistry required. Demonstration of skills required for product extrapolation from lab to plant. Experience of team management in a multicultural environment Ability to travel frequently within China (plants) , and to SGP on a regular basis A few Travels to France and USA expected / year |
