采用自乳化溶剂扩散法制备替莫唑胺-PLGA纳米粒，在单因素考察的基础上，然后正交试验设计进行处方优化。最后通过测定释放过程中纳米粒内部残余药量来考察体外释放特性。

Temozolomide-PLGA nanoparticles are prepared by the method of emulsified solvent diffusion. The formulation is optimized via the orthogonal design based on the single-factor inspection. Finally, the vitro release can be probed according to the measurement of residue in the nanoparticles during the release process.
