1.About part I - Main Topic: Singing Keeps the English"Moving"

Above IDs are the volunteers who shared their opinions and stories about music with us. Thank you for your participation, guys. Thank you for your sharing.

Here are some opinions I have gotten from you:
A. Music is part of our life. Whenever and wherever we are, we enjoy listening and singing. Music can influence our mood and it is also a way for us to get relaxed. You may sing in a KTV with your friends or just sing to yourself, whatever, you sing a song.
B. Different people have different tastes, such as pop music, traditional music, light music, country music, folk music, military music and piano music.
C. Singing English songs can help us improve our English. However, not all of us agree with this opinion. Sometimes it is difficult for us to catch the lyrics because of the rapid rhythm.
D. Thanks for those good singers who shared their beautiful voice with us, which made our conversation wonderful and full of “bravo” and flowers.


2. About part II- Life ENCYCLOPEDIC -- How are you feeling today?

Above are the volunteers that took part in part two. Because we spent much time on part one, time was limited for this part. Generally speaking, we practiced many useful words to describe mood and facial expression in daily life.

In this part, @aiyuyuxia (爱与雨下) didn’t agree that we translated Chinese into English according to the literal meaning. I think for most of us, when we do translation, we only keep our thought in the literal meaning stage. Yeah, we need to learn and practice more to express ourselves in an authentic way.

I just recorded some good expressions in this part:
on one’s mind 心里想什么
expected ending
People are in high spirits when involved in happy things 人逢喜事精神爽
