今天看了一虫子发的有关“身材”的帖子，于是乎自己查了一些资料，很有意思，在此发起一个“你属于哪种体型？”小组活动，请大家积极参与，看看你属于哪种体型，具有什么样的潜力  。请分别进入男士、女士板块哦！！男士请进： (1)Male Ectomorph skinny arms and legs, thin waists, wrists and ankles, low muscle mass. often being described in the fitness industry as “hard-gainers,” because they have a tough time building and maintaining muscle mass. They usually have an incredible deal of physical endurance, speed, agility and have the longest natural life spans for males. Examples:Clint Eastwood, Billy Bob Thornton, and Chris Rock. (2)Male Mesomorph naturally muscular and have a thick, athletic build. having a “square” shape. respond well to fitness routines and perform well at most physical activities, but must constantly stay active to maintain a fit physique because they can gain weight so easily, but not as easily as Male Endomorphs. Examples:Arnold Schwarzenegger, Russell Crowe, Mark Wahlberg, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Sylvester Stallone。 (3)Male Ecto-Mesomorphs easily fluctuate between being incredibly lean or very muscular. Broad shoulders, narrow waists, ankles, and wrists, a “V” shape of the torso. Examples: Hugh Jackman, Christian Bale, and Dwayne Wade. (4)Male Endomorph Round, and typically short. Short necks, small shoulders, thick waists, calves, and ankles, more body fat they are more prone to diseases like heart disease and diabetes. having the shortest natural lifespan. an “apple” shape. Examples: Seth Rogen, Danny Devito, Jonah Hill, Chris Farley and Jon Favreau are examples of endomorphs 女士请进： (1)Female Ectomorph a lean and delicate build of body waif-like and slim, with thin necks, shoulders, hips, wrists, calves, and ankles Having a “ruler” shape. usually have a great deal of physical endurance and have the longest natural life spans for females. Examples: Catherine Ndereba, Sun Yingjie, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Thandie Newton. (2)Female Mesomorph wide shoulders and hips, and a distinctively narrow waist. Having a classic “hourglass” shape, Tends to be very athletic and good at a variety of sports and activities. Examples: Jessica Simpson, Beyonce, Scarlett Johannson, Britney Spears, and Jessica Biel. (3)Female Meso-endomorph mid-thickness waists and ankles, small to medium size shoulders and chests, wider hips, Having a “pear” shape. Examples: Jennifer Lopez, Elizabeth Hurley, Kim Kardashian, and Minnie Driver. (4)Female Endomorph generally bigger on the top half of their bodies than on the bottom. narrow hips, a large chest and stomach, Having a curvaceous “apple” shape. usually have more body fat they are more prone to diseases like heart disease and diabetes which results in Female Endomorphs having the shortest natural lifespan.
