Trees in the Rain

|
The trees are drunken, flushed in the rain; leaves kissed and painted by the drops. I wanna whisper under them, laying down in the hug of the grassland. I wanna wear the dress of snow, and be one of them. The leaves are the footprints of the wind, hands of trees, and shelters of the ants. I wanna be a gardener, serving them, tending them and cultivating them. I wanna be a composer, hearing them, loyal to them. Luckily there are some moments in some glimpses when I’m here, among them. |
