美资化工公司招聘高级HSES Engineer

PURPOSE: This position is responsible for coordinating Songjiang site-wide health, safety, emergency-response and security activities. The successful candidate will provide leadership, expertise, consultation and analysis toward the company-wide goal of eliminating accidents and injuries and providing a healthy and secure workplace. The individual will support site HSES Manager and work closely with the plant management team to ensure compliance with company policy and all laws and regulations. • Implement group HSES policy and relevant requirements • Implement local HSES law/regulation demands • Set up and maintain HSES procedure • Complete the EHS Acceptance and get relevant HSE permission for new project • Provide the HSE training for Lubrizol employees and contractors • Set up, execute and track HSES action for inspection and Audit by government and Lubrizol group etc. RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Conduct regular & irregular internal inspection; • Set up and maintain HSES procedures/program; • Provide HSES training &consultation. • Track correct measures and preventive measures for HSE findings, as well as follow up & ensure their implementation; • Input EHS statistics data as required by Lubrizol. • Send relevant data as required by local HSE authorities; • Plan and arrange annually E&IH monitoring. • Accountable for HSE permissions of operation. • Accountable for plant accident/ incident prevention systems • Accountable for plant industrial hygiene program • Providing guidance and counsel on all safety-related issues • Maintenance of plant accident and injury reports and statistics • Coordination and accountable for all plant emergency response programs • Coordination and accountable for plant H,S &E committee • Responsible for all safety training including development within Active Learner System • Lead of safety and risk audits. REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLSREQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES: 1） Education： • Have a bachelor's degree in HS&E or related science field. 2） Experience： • At least 8 years HSE experience in multinational companies • At least 2-3 years on field of HSE operation experience. • Chemical or chemical industry background preferred. • ISO14001,OSHAS18001 or RC14001 experience preferred. • Process Safety Management preferred. 3） Knowledge, Technical / Professional skill: • Have good command of EHS specialty • Very good knowledge of EHS rules and regulations • Good knowledge of hazard studies and risk analysis. • Training/document skill. • Experience in communication with local authorities, including local EPB, fire, Industrial hygiene and safety bureau. • Project approval experience, for example EIA, SIA, IHA and fire fighting, etc. • Familiar to process of project permission approval. • Learning agility. 4） Main Core Competencies： • Analysis • Decision-making • Focus on Customers • Execution • Open Communication • Collaboration 5） Language Skill: • Fluent English and Chinese reading and writing skill • Basic communication skill in English |
