| The high-resolution TEM image showed that the lattice spacing of the Au-NPs was about 2.34 Å, corresponding to the distance of (111) lattice spacing of the Au crystal, and the X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern further suggested the crystalline nature of Au-NPs grown on the graphene surface (见上图). |
