i'll finish my first task.

i have been in my company for three months, i moved from one department to another. i was shunned for my ability and attitude. so i have complained and disappionted.but i told myself i shouldn't give up. today i will finish my first task, i feel a little grieved. After i finish this, i'll move another department. it will be OK. i tell myself. |

In the first stage of your career, you may be appointed to different departments and do various tasks to make sure which kind will fit you best from the views of human resource; or you're expected to understand the corporate culture there in this way. Whatever it be, you will be confounted with some problems in the interpersonal relations or on the work itself, meanwhile you'll learn much, get acquainted with different predecessors or the elder who will help and guide you someday. As a beginner, what you can do is to hear extensively, to learn humbley and to do industriously. Good luck.  |
