[求助] 我投了一个会议论文，但之后收到了分会主席的这封信，貌似转投杂志。。

我今年年底毕业，前几天投了一个会议论文，已接受。但之后收到了分会主席的这封信，貌似建议我转投杂志，大家看看什么意思。如果我不转投杂志，这个文章算是能发表到论文集吗？我不太想转杂志，着急毕业啊! 只想有篇文章毕业就Ok,转杂志可能还要修改，补数据等。。太麻烦，也不知道到时候接受的可能性有多大。各路高手有什么建议，请麻烦告诉一声。小弟万分感谢！

信的内容：
The inevitable happened ! We could not manage to collect the required number of completed manuscripts to be able to publish the stand alone book, titled, High Temperature Electrochemistry". Our of three, TMS gave us two options : either to opt for a conference proceeding or to have peer-reviewed publications (in Metallurgical and Materials Transactions B, MMTB). We opted for the latter. We sent the abstracts (of all the full papers, by the way, we received 15 full papers) to the Editorial Office, MMTB. The committee cafefully reviewed the abstracts and gave us the consent that those papers can be published in MMTB, subject to their acceptance through their regular peer-reviewing process. The committee has advised us to communicate to all the authors and request them to sumbit their manuscripts online directly to the MMTB editorial office (http://mmtb.msubmit.net). The authors’ cover letters should indicate of which symposium their paper is a part (and they should also indicate this in the “manuscript comment box” on the submission form). Once the manuscripts are received, they will then be processed as per their standard procedure. The editorial office shall then directly communicate to the authors about the outcome of the reviewing process.

As all the full papers have been written very well and contain rich technical informations, both Guy and I urge upon you to submit them directly to the MMTB editorial office. You now have the liberty to edit your papers before you submit them to MMTB. For example as there is no page-restriction limit, you may add more informations should you want that !
