[求助] 高斯激发态优化关于文献描述作业设置请教

各位,我最近在练习gaussian激发态的优化,有一篇文献提到这样一段话:The absorption spectra have been calculated by the Time Depedent PBE0/6-311+G(2d,2p) calculations performed on geometries optimized at the PBE0 6-31+G(d,p) level. Numerical excited state geometry optimizations have been performed  at the the TD/PBE0 6-31G(d) level, without any planarity constraint. All the gradients are  smaller than 0.02 eV/bohr for the excited state geometry optimizations performed in vacuo and smaller than 0.05 eV/bohr for the geometry optimizations performed in aqueous solution and Hydrogen atom degrees of freedom are frozen at their value optimized in the gas phase.
