| 【摘要】 锡酸钠工艺生产过程中,因长期累积,造成母液中含砷量严重富集,致使在母液循环使用中造成产品中含砷量超标。本文采用纳米MnO2对二次结晶后锡酸钠母液进行吸附,降低母液中含砷量,以达到循环使用。本文重点探讨母液与吸附剂的液固比、温度、时间、OH-浓度等因素对降低母液中含砷量的影响。结果表明,纳米MnO2对降低母液中含砷量达到了良好的效果。 |

Abstract: During the producing process of tin sodium, serious arsenic enrichment occured in the mother liquor due to the long-term accumulation, resulting in excessive arsenic products during the circulation use of the mother liquor. In this paper, the stannate after secondary crystallization was absorbed by using nano-MnO2 in the mother liquor, which reduced the arsenic content of the mother liquor and could be used for recycling. This paper mainly deals with the factors of liquid-solid ratio of mother liquor with the adsorbent, temperature, time and OH-concentration to reduce the arsenic content in the mother liquor. It has been shown that the nano-MnO2 is of great effect for reducing the amount of arsenic in mother liquor. 供参考。 |
