journal of food engineering初审被打了回来，格式问题，急求助

Comments: > >1) All figures put at the end of the manuscript should be labeled, eg., as Figure 1 , Figure 2 etc. 在线投稿时，要求把 manuscript 中的 figures 移除，因为要单独上传，以免生成的PDF出现两份 figures ，这里的“All figures put at the end of the manuscript ”指的是最终生成的PDF中的情况吗？这个“Figure 1”应该怎样加到图上？PS吗？ >2) Each bullet point provided in 'Research highlights' should not exceed a maximum of 85 characters including spaces. 我三条highlights，总共52个字符。符合要求的呀，这里提出，是怎么回事？ >3) Please provide a running title (less than 70 characters, including spaces) in addition to article title. 这个Running title应该放在manuscript中吗？别的地方有说，放在正文的上方横线上，是页眉处吗？ >4) Type the whole manuscript with uniform double line spacing. 双倍行距，对吗？改过后，好奇怪，跟发表出来的论文很不一样，一些表不需要改为双倍行距吧？改完很丑 >5) Reference list must conform strictly to the guide for authors. Journal name should not be abbreviated. 这个无疑问 >6) Citations of references in the text should be indicated by the author name (without initials) together with the year of publication. For references with three or more authors, the name of the first author followed by 'et al' and the year of publication should be cited. 无疑问 >7) Each figure and table should be uploaded as a separate file. 我本来就是按照要求单独上传的，不过，表格是用统一放在了三张Word里（表格有点多），图有两个，一个TIFF格式，一个EXcel作图，直接上传的EXcel文件，可以加上Fig.，但是TIFF不知如何处理？我上传的格式有问题吗？ >8) In addition to the caption provided along with each figure, please provide the figure captions collectively in a sequence on a separate page and the order of the figures and tables at the end of the manuscript should be: figure captions page, figures and tables. Please revise. 这里说的按照图的说明、图、表这样的顺序放在原文下面，是在上传manuscript时直接做好的，还是最后生成的PDF就该是这样子的？我上次递交时，最后生成的PDF就是这个顺序，不同的是，图的captions没有和图放在一起，只是单独一列。不清楚我上传时manuscript到底需要有什么内容？ >9) Use superscript lowercase letters as footnote indicators in tables. 表的脚注要求用小写的上标，但是已发表的文献，脚注的类型和表里的格式是一样的，该如何解释？ 疑问太多，还请专家们可以耐心地给予解答，老板不管，只让我自己寻找解决方法，无奈之下只好求助，请多多指教！由于出差不辨查邮件，退回意见已经给了三四天，希望大家尽快帮我解决，不胜感激！ [ Last edited by 251292737 on 2012-11-16 at 10:44 ] |
