[求助] SCI投稿后，编辑回信，看不懂，请高手指点

投稿后3个小时，收到编辑的来信，如下：
Dear ***:
I refer to Manuscript ID *** which you submitted to the Journal****.
In "original files" the "main document" must be a doc file, not a pdf file.
To resubmit your manuscript, please go to your Author Centre at **** and click on the link to continue your submission under 'Unsubmitted Manuscripts'.
（上面这段是让我重新上传WORD格式的文稿。貌似还比较清楚的，我不明白的是下面的那些话）

IMPORTANT: Your original files are available to you when you upload your revised manuscript. Please delete any redundant files before completing the submission.

In the Cover Letter area on the 'Details & Comments' step, you will be able to respond to my comments. You can use this space to document any changes you make to the original manuscript. In order to expedite the processing of the revised manuscript, please be as specific as possible in your response to my comments.
（之前我上传的Cover letter就是表述了一下没有一稿多投之类的。我看编辑的这段话里是让我在Cover letter里回复他的意见？专业性的回复，而且还要标注出文稿改动之处？但是问题在于，（1）我在投稿系统里根本没见到他的任何comments，又该如何回复呢？（2）我以为只是将文稿换成WORD格式上传就可以了，难道这意思是让我做什么专业性的改动并在cover letter标注出来？）

Please upload your revised manuscript within 60 days. Manuscripts submitted after this period will be regarded as a new submission. （之前看见有同学说他revise的时间很短，一周就重新上传，以至让编辑以为他太敷衍，后来就拒了，有没有这样的说法的？）
