阿斯利康中国创新中心招聘 In vitro DMPK Scientist Title: Scientist/Sr. Associate Scientist, DMPK We are currently seeking a talented and highly self-motivated individual to join our growing DMPK group. The successful candidate will contribute discovery program team in identification of novel molecules for the treatment of cancer and other diseases. Responsibilities include： 1.Besides supporting routine in vitro ADME assays, one will be asked to design, conduct and report mechanistic ADME studies and IVIVE. 2.Provide high quality of data and effectively communicate to manager, peers and project teams. 3.Stay current on scientific and technology changes, including but not limited to IVIVE, drug transporters and metabolizing enzymes. 4.Analyze in vitro samples by LC/MS/MS. 5.May be trained as project representative and represent DMPK on oncology and non-oncology project teams. Requirements: -Ph.D. or M.S. equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Medicinal Chemistry or a related field with >3 years working experience; - Experience in experiment design and performing via In vitro assay to address DMPK potential issues; Publication record in CYP enzymes and transporter mediated drug disposition and elimination; - Is able to do problem solving with “can do” attitude; -Strong communication in English is desirable.
