如何求两列数据的相关性

现有两列数据,分别在origin中进行了归一化处理,然后需要求其两组归一化数据的相关性,请问是用origin如何处理,如果origin处理不了,需要用什么什么相关软件。 We used this property to test for dependent or segregated staining. In practice, we set up a five column spreadsheet (Origin; Microcal). We inserted the paired pixel staining intensity values for dye A and B from our ROIs into the first pair of columns. A scatterplot of the raw pixel values was used to test for any obvious data limitations requiring correction by adjustment of the threshold (lowest value of the distribution). The A and B staining intensity columns were then normalized to a 0–1.0 range in the third and fourth columns, and the arithmetic means of each column (a, b) were determined. A scatterplot of the normalized A versus B staining intensities provides the first clues to their staining relationship (Fig. 1B, left panel). The (Aia)(Bib) relationship was calculated for each pixel in the fifth column. ICA plots were then generated for each variable against its (Ai a)(Bi b) value (Fig. 1B, center, right panels). |
