Considering the HE11 mode and TM01 mode, maximum sensitivities of 10448.5 nm/RIU and 8230.7 nm/RIU can be obtianed, as well as 949.8 and 791.4 for FOM (figure of merit) in the sensing range 1.33-1.45, respectively.
