微波辐射下聚酯PET醇解反应研究 摘要:研究了废旧聚酯PET以微波辐射为能量源在1,4-丁二醇、丙三醇、乙二醇和1,2-丙二醇等几种多元醇中的醇解反应。研究结果表明除1,2-丙二醇,PET在其他三种多元醇中均能得到很好的醇解转化率。根据对醇解产物和醇解过程的分析,给出了可能的醇解机理。 关键词:PET聚酯;醇解;微波辐射;醇解机理 [ Last edited by 板凳匪徒 on 2012-11-14 at 16:08 ] |

Research on the alcoholysis reactions of polyester PET under the Microwave radiation Abstract: The research of waste polyester PET with microwave radiation for energy source in 1, 4 - butanediol, glycerol, ethylene glycol and 1, 2 - propylene glycol to wait for a few kinds polyol of alcoholysis reaction. The results of the study show that except 1, 2 - propylene glycol, PET in other three kinds of polyol are can get very good alcoholysis conversion. According to the alcoholysis product and alcoholysis process analysis, and gives the possible alcohol solution mechanism. Investigation on the alcoholysis reactions of PET under microwave radiation Abstract: The alcoholysis reactions of waste PET in various polyalcohol, such as 1,4- butanediol, glycerol, glycol, and 1,2-propanediol, were studied under microwave radiation. The research results indicated that, favorable alcoholysis conversion of PET could be achieved in all the three kinds of polyalcohol only except the 1,2-propanediol.
