There are two bacterial strains, A and B. Case 1) Cell growth of “A” is enhanced when “B” is coexisted in the culture. Case 2) “A” cannot grow when “B” is coexisted in the culture. Describe every possible molecular mechanism in each case. Most enzyme reactions are reversible. However, different enzymes usually catalyze a degradation pathway and a synthetic pathway, such as Glycolysis and Glyconeogenesis. Why? |
