| i want to change my job. since now i have worked for 4 months. i think in this company i can't produce my best effect. maybe i think this thing is too simple. what you feel when you decide to change a job. i hope someone give me suggestions. i truly hope. |

| I don't know if the job is your first job.If it's your first one,you should be stay here untill one year.Many companies demanded the employee had at least one year experience.If it's not your first job and you had experience that i have said,you may start to find jobs before you leave this one.When you find the next company,you can resign.Good Luck! |
