conflict of interests应该放到文章的哪个位置？

上一个月在Journal of Applied Mathematics上投了一篇稿子，因为是第一次投稿，没什么经验。编辑给反馈回意见，如下： Thank you for your email. I would like to inform you that we will not be able to consider the file you have sent since you have incorporated a whole form for a statement, which is against our style. Instead, I would appreciate it if you prepare the revised version of your manuscript 896748 and please incorporate a separate section titled "Conflict of Interests," that states, into the PDF file: "The authors declare that they have no conflict of interests."，我不知道，编辑所说的“conflict of interests”应该放到哪儿?是否在第一页放置“conflict of interests”，然后将文章放置其后？还是将“conflict of interests”放到文章的最后一页？还是放到致谢中？急盼各位高手给与指点！小女子在此谢过了！ |
