It's still a new world in which you may be a hero or frightened. hope you have a good rest and next time you can be friends with the monsters so than you will not be scared. In my childhood from time to time I had some nightmares, ghosts chasing me to the edge of a cliff. I made me shout, cry and it was heard by my mother who passed by my bed to get rice in a pot for our breakfast. In order not to be influenced by the ghosts in my dream, I told to myself 'It's not true!'. Other times when I dreamed of the similar situations again, I closed my eyes and said 'It's not true!'.  Days later, I never had nightmares like that any more.

Dreams are only games, or jokes you play with yourself. If it's superior to the reality, you can treasure it as a blessing; if minor, it will remind yourself and show the things you really care about; if reliant or a predict to the facts, you can be a prophet. Most of the time, whatever it is, you'll feel relaxed in it.
