Department (Personnel Sub-area): R&D JOB TITLE Analysis Technician (Changshu R&D Center) SITUATION IN ORGANIZATION (enclose a copy of your organization structure) This position is located at new Changshu R&D Center. The position reports to the Analysis Department Manager. JOB DIMENSIONS The analysis department of CRDC will be equipped with state of the art techniques such as GC, LC, UV-visible spectroscopy, NMR, etc. Each person in this position will be specialized on one of these equipment and will be the CRDC specialist for this technology. ACTIVITIES • For example, the person responsible for GC will have to conduct GC analysis for the Research Center engineers, under the responsibility of the Analysis engineer. CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT The CRDC research programs cover all the products of our company. Thus, the analytical procedures will have to adapt to different products and different situations. The situation is different from a QC lab. However, all analysis are made in accordance to the best safety rules, and the best technical practices. Also, the Analysis Department working as a support department for all CRDC, customer oriented spirit is mandatory.
