如何回复joc编辑提出的这一条意见？

老板不在，发邮件也不回，头一次投稿，各种无经验。。。 编辑在回信里说有些工作不完善不给送审，其中写了这么一段话，我真心不大明白，请有经验的哥哥姐姐们帮帮我，告诉我应该怎么回复怎么做。 *Even though you may have indicated that this manuscript has been submitted exclusively to The Journal of Organic Chemistry by checking the box in Paragon Plus, please confirm via email that the reported work has not been previously published and that no portion of it is being considered for publication elsewhere in any medium, including electronic journals, computer databases, and publicly accessible preprint Web sites.* 感激不尽。。。 |
