The 2nd International Workshop on Advanced Information Technology and Applications (IWAITA 2013) will be held on July 16-18, 2013, in Wuhan, China. IWAITA 2013 will focus on innovation advanced information technology and applications. This conference provides a forum for researchers and practitioners to exchange research results and share development experiences on information technology and applications.

Publication
Only original and unpublished paper will be considered. All accepted papers will be published by SCIE, EI (JA) indexed journals.

本次会议预计出版360-400篇EI源刊正刊和SCI源刊专刊（占用正刊版面），根据文章投稿情况，先注册先安排发表。其中SCI源刊的文章需要推荐3-4名国内外的审稿专家进行审稿。

2012IWAITA录用推荐文章的出版情况说明：
Sensor Letters推荐了约30篇文章将于2012年内刊出，已经完成清样工作;
Information 推荐了约30篇文章，目前已进入出版排队阶段，具体刊出时间由出版社确定;

Submission
IWAITA 2013 invites authors to submit original and unpublished work, and all submitted papers (in PDF) should be written in English. The paper submitted to SCI Journal will be reviewed by 3-4 reviewers. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register the work. Formatting instructions is following, please download and prepare your manuscript according it. If your paper is accepted by IWAITA 2013, you should reformat your paper according to journal requirements.

Registration
现将征稿的主要原则公布如下：
1、为了提高审稿速度及会议交流的质量，投SCI的论文必须提供不少于三名相关领域的审稿专家，至少副教授或者博士及以上，其中一人必须为国外审稿人。
2、拟接收推荐的期刊，主要有计算机、软件、传感、测试、数学、网络、智能、计算、信息、及信息在各行业中的应用。请务必选择与自己论文相关的期刊进行投稿。
3、各期刊的相关信息见下表。

特别说明：
1.以上时间为大概出版时间，最终出版时间由出版社决定，可能会略有变动。
2. SCI 期刊的论文由于需要最终出版社确认清样，所以SCI 的发票也只能在清样后或者上线后才能开具 .
3.由出版社收取的版面费，会务组不开发票,若需要开具会组务的正式税务发票，需要交纳10%的税费。
4.对有国际合作的科研成果，优先录用.
