美国堪萨斯州立大学博后 已有1人参与

A full-time postdoctoral position is immediately available at Kansas State University. Our group is focused on the mechanistic studies of proteins using a combination of approaches including enzymology, biochemistry, chemical biology and synthetic organic chemistry. Successful candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related disciplines. Applicants should have a strong research background in one or more of following: 1. Molecular cloning and expression of recombinant proteins in E. Coli and large-scale protein purification and analysis. Experience with membrane proteins will be a plus. 2. Enzyme kinetics and biochemical and biophysical methods. Applicants should have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a strong background and publication record.
