[交流] I am lost

Now I am preparing for the entrace of postgraduation examination ,these days I suddenly find I can do nothing with my English study ,just about one month ago I was confident with my Enlish ,that time I do the paper I can workout most of them but now I can`t I am sl sad, I begain feel afriad of it,what can I do to get rid of it ,I need help,

just trust yourself more, do some exercises everyday but not too much. one day, you will find it is not so difficulty for you. you just need a good mentality now.
the exam is 2 months later, just do what you can do will be okay.

I don't think your English ability could change so much in one month. The change of your feeling means nothing. Just keep practicing as much as possible, and you will turn out to find your English considerably improved.
