The Protein Structure Prediction System The Protein Structure Prediction System is currently managed by The Liu's Bioinformatics Group at Hebei University. Three areas compose of the Group's research topics: Support Vector Machines, relative new methods, tend to take leading roles in protein secondary structure predictions. Go to SVMpro prediction systems. Artificial Neural Network, traditional machine learning approach to predict protein secondary structures, performs well in the field and has room for optimization. Go to Hpred prediction systems (students' trial). Database managements of the Protein Data Bank at Hebei University (HPDB).
