[求助] 第一次投稿，求助additional imformation

第一次论文投稿，没想到居然如此麻烦啊。。。。
欲投杂志international journal of multiphase flow，网站上有一页要填additional imformation：

Additional Information is Required for Submission.

Please respond to the questions/statements below.

All publications cited in the text should be presented in alphabetical order of the authors. Also please note that your citation must include the "Closing Page" number of the article which you are referencing. To see examples of the correct format for referencing please click on the "Guide for Authors" link which can be located on the menu bar at the top of the page. Can you please confirm that the references in your article meet the journal requirements?

不太明白这个怎么写呢。。。（限20000字符的说）

另外还有一个enter comments是什么呢？
Please enter any comments you would like to send to the Journal Office. These comments do not appear in your manuscript.

再就是cover letter 的内容能不能从文章里复制一点的？

问题比较多，新人，没什么金币，都拿出来了，希望大神们能给个详细点的解释，完全不懂得说。。。。先谢啦。。。

enter comments可不填写。cover letter 模版有很多，找找。差不多的写一个。主要是突出你的创新点。

这段话是说你的参考文献应该用1.2.3...形式列出，而不是像有的杂志是以人名的拼音排序。此外，你的参考文献应该列出开始和结束的页码。比如，你参考的文章的起止页码。参考文献格式必须按照杂志要求来写。具体见"Guide for Authors" 链接。

这个是邮件回复你的？如果是在线的投稿须知里的说明无需回复啊。你只要按杂志要求的格式来就行了。
