The cold can be chased away by a simple formula as per following: Spring onion (white portion), Mature ginger slices, preserved soya bean (diluted with cold water) Cook the above in bowl of water for 10 minutes and drink before go to bed, afterward you will feel warm and sweating then the cold is gone. |
