由于生长素在拟南芥根尖分生组织中的极性运输依赖于输出/输入载体，本项目在前述研究基础上，进而选取研究最为广泛的PIN蛋白作为与生长素同时标记成像的对象，全面描述生长素在植株体内极性运输过程中生长素与运输载体的互相作用过程。

Because the polar transport of auxin in the meristem of root tip of Arabidopsis depends on input and output carriers, in this project, based on above researches, the PIN protein that is most widely studied is then selected to be the object as concurrently marked and imaged with the auxin, giving a full presentation of the interaction between the auxin and transport carriers as the auxin is transported in the plant.
